Clio Ella Resort nestled on the banks of the Kirindi Oya River and surrounded by wild jungles, bubbling mountain streams, and abundant flora and fauna. It’s the perfect setting for the many adventure activities provided at the resort or simply a place to be still and merge with nature.
Clio Ella Resort encompasses 150 acres of land and our property is located 12 km from Ella Town, nearby the famous Ella Gap. Ella Jungle Resort lies on the main road, the A23, between the towns of Ella and Wellawaya. If you are travelling by car directly from Colombo, please expect a 7-8 journey depending on your vehicle and traffic. We are in the process of setting up road signage so please keep your eyes open for our entrance while enroute.
Chalet – Deluxe Room
There are 16 spacious chalets, featuring a private balcony with a view of the rushing river, are perfect for honeymooners or couples looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city lights for a romantic getaway. Include private bathroom, solid timber flooring and full-length glass walls with draping. Wake up to the sound of the rushing river as the morning light trickles through your 4-poster bed which is draped with mosquito netting.
Chalet
There are 6 Chalet. Each Eco Jungle Chalet has 2 rooms. One on the upper and one on the ground floor. All Suites are based on double sharing and can be converted to triple sharing on request. Your Suite features a balcony overlooking the river, covered by glass and fitted with parquet flooring, mosquito net seating. Rooms come with a shared toilet and shared bathroom with full shower facilities.
