• Discount is applicable for all room types
• Valid for Sri Lankans and Sri Lankan resident visa holders only
• Standard check-in/check-out of the hotel applies
• This offer cannot be combined with any other offer (eg: card offers)
• Offer applicable for all meal plans
• A minimum of 50% advance payment or full payment is required to guarantee the reservation

Child policy

• Children below 6 years stay for free on existing bedding when sharing parents’ room
• Children between 6-11 years will be charged 50% of the adult meal rate
• Maximum 2 children per room is allowed

Extra bed policy

• A fee of LKR 2,000 will be charged for an additional bed
• Maximum of 01 extra bed per room is allowed

Cancellations and Amendments

• Cancellations notified at least 7 days (one week) prior to check-in will be refunded in full (less any bank charges, if any)
• No refunds if failed to arrive at the property (no-show) without notice
• No refunds for vouchers redeemed
