1. The offer will be valid only for all Sampath Mastercard, Visa Credit/Debit Cardholders and Sampath Bank American Express® Platinum Ultramiles Credit Cardmembers.

2. In order to enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled with a Sampath Mastercard, Visa Credit/Debit or Sampath Bank American Express® Platinum Ultramiles Credit Card.

3. Reservations must be made in advance by contacting the hotel via telephone or email, on a first come first served basis, and are strictly subject to availability and confirmation.

4. Offer is not valid for online transactions.

5. No cancellations or changes permitted; 100% cancellation fee will apply.

6. The offer will not be applicable for reservations made through any other platforms.

7. Cardholder must be present at the duration of booked stay period for the offer to be valid.

8. Cardholder is required to submit the credit card & a valid NIC/passport upon arrival at the Hotel for verification purposes, otherwise the Best Available Rate of the day will be applied.

9. The Partner hotel may restrict certain services/facilities as per the health guidelines and protocols.

10. Offer will not be applicable on upgrades, extras and supplements.

11. The offer is not valid for corporate events / functions.

12. The offer cannot be combined with any other existing offers.

13. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods/services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with Minor Hotels and any claim by the Cardholder against Taj Bentota Resort & Spa will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.

14. Spending made under above promotion will not qualify for the accumulation of Ultramiles & Ultra Rewards loyalty points.

15. The general Terms & Conditions of Sampath Bank and Partner Hotel shall apply.

16. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.

17. The Bank reserves the right to modify or change the Terms & Conditions of the offer.

18. The Bank reserves the right to amend/withdraw this offer at its sole discretion.
